Very professional appointment with Melissa

The staff were polite but the treatment was disappointing.
The pre-booked treatment started later than expected. The room was cold and overall the experience felt rushed. From a customer’s perspective, the practitioner delivering the treatment was pre-occupied with their own thoughts and not focussed on the treatment or the customer. Poor value for money and a waste of time.

Had my skin tags removed by Sandra, good service, worked well, and nice person.

I had a lovely and relaxing experience today, I am 32 weeks pregnant and today was the first time I had a pregnancy massage and it was lovely made me feel very relaxed and it help me with my sleep, I will be booking a another massage very soon !

Always a lovely experience when having treatments. Lovely professional and friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and put me at ease straight away. They are also very knowledgeable about the laser treatments they provide. Evening appointments seem readily available which is great when you work during the day. Only had a consultation so can’t rate the treatment effectiveness yet.

What a lovely experience! I have been coming to Chic, face and body for over 2 years and had a variety of treatments. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming, treatments are of a high standard and I would highly recommend them. Their friendly approachable manner puts you at ease straight away in the comfort of knowledgeable trained staff who provide an excellent service. The back massage treatments are particularly good!

Fantastic treatment just so professional

First time waxing and I was really put at ease. Was not even painful just a bit uncomfortable in some places. I was really pleased with the result and will be coming back soon !

Melissa applied a half set of lashes for me & they look fab! From the start she double checked i'd had a glue test, to finding out what style of lashes i would like, to applying them. She was friendly & chatty & made sure i was comfortable throughout, giving aftercare advice & a brush for daily maintenance. Lashes look fab & half set looks right for me, very happy. I look forward to my first infill in 2 weeks! Totally recommend her x

The Receptionist was friendly and polite. As was Lydia who also shaped my eyebrows beautifully and so painlessly she managed to make it a relaxing experience.
