Had my 1st facial at Chic. Have been before for IPL on red veins which was effective. Nice treatment & my skin feels soft & smooth. Will book again.

This is my go to place for treatments in Ely and have been going for over a year. The staff are experienced, friendly and my expectations were blown out of the water for my facial. Wonderful products that made my skin feel great, smelled wonderful and a back and shoulder massage and hand treatment included too.

I've recommended this place to friends and family. The loyalty points scheme was an unexpected wonderful surprise and paid for several complementary massages.

I've been a customer for over 10 years & my loyalty remains with Chic Face & Body. I've had all sorts of treatments from nails,massage,Mum To Be packages to laser. Each time has been a wonderful & professional experience. Chic remains in a class of its own offering the best to alll its clients within the area.

Every member of staff at Chic combine friendliness with professionalism. Treatment rooms are comfortable and relaxing (and it goes without saying that everywhere is spotlessly clean). I've had manicures, pedicures and waxing and always been very pleased with the results. I'm not a regular customer but I'm always made to feel welcome. Highly recommended.

I was in the area for work and had been struggling with a bad back caused by muscle tension for days. Luckily they had an appointment free and I went for the deep tissue neck & back massage. It was exactly what I needed, the girl was clearly a trained professional who new what she was doing. If I lived locally I would use this place regularly.

My husband and I both had massages today by Shawna and Melissa (hope I got names right).
The girls did a wonderful job, we were both really pleased and felt so relaxed after. We are now looking at having something else done. Thank you for making us feel relaxed.

I have two appointments a week and am always treated pleasantly and courteously.

I was disappointed with the quality of treatment. The booking and customer experience was good but at the end of the appointment the wax had not be removed properly and I experienced a certain amount of discomfort afterwards because of it. This left me feeling rather disappointed about the whole experience.

Always a pleasure to visit Chic. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff led by Sandra who ensures your treatment is personal to you and you are made welcome and comfortable.

Excellent friendly service. Look forward to future visits.

The masseuse got into all the areas that were tight especially my shoulders also loosened knots in my back .. lovely! Lovely ladies and really gorgeous salon. Definitely going back for more treatments
