Magda and Ania as always surpassed any expectations. Great colour/style and just wonderful characters. I always look forward to seeing them. All the staff super helpful and friendly.

Discussed a few small changes on colour, cut and finish - and as expected Magda did a great job!

I got my cut and finish done after inquiring all the rates which was confirmed to me as 59 pounds - when i booked the appointment online, confirmed over phone call and when i reached the salon. I had literally reconfirmed rates online too, it showed me 59 pounds.
But when i was about to pay, there was another lady on the reception desk and she asked me to pay 69 pounds saying i had very long hair. I did tell her that nobody during this course of time informed me that i will be over charged so why so suddenly ? And also , if you are saying that long cut price is different, why don't you explicitly mention it online while i booked my appointment online. There it showed me 59 and then i booked it.
So my question is why so unfair at end ??
I had really liked my cut which Hitomi did , no doubt about it. But I didn’t like this unfair and dishonest behaviour while paying the amount.
Things should be told prior or mentioned properly online.
I told the lady at reception about all this but she just kept proving herself right and I had no other option left but to pay 69 pounds and leave from there peacefully as I didn’t want to create a scene in front of other customers. I showed this much courtesy but in return i got such a cheated behaviour.
I am highly disappointed with this price i was overcharged

I’ve recently had my hair coloured and cut at Toni and Guy. I have been coming here for years as everyone is so warm and friendly, and I always leave feeling like a new woman! Magda is amazing at colouring hair, she gives great suggestions and advice, and I’m very grateful for how she’s transformed my hair. I had a bad experience with a hair cut at another salon a few years ago and used to be nervous about having my hair cut, but Laura has completely restored my faith and I love having my hair cut with her now! She never cuts too much off and is so lovely to talk to. Thank you to lovely Magda and her miracle workers :-)

This salon is so good! I have had at least three hair disasters fixed by talented stylists. This time I had Hitomi who has a lovely personality and was so good at interpreting my hair needs. I recommend this salon (which is more expensive than my more local salon) because the quality of the cutting is a really high standard. Thanks so much Hitomi.

Magda is a wizard. Amazing results every time I go. And a lovely relaxed atmosphere!

I have been so unhappy with my hair for a while and Magdalena has made me fall back in love with it again. I didn’t know what I wanted, or what would suit me, just that I was unhappy with it and Magdalena made it look beautiful again. She was very considered with what colour went where and blended it in well, it was like watching an artist work. Without any notice, Toni & Guy managed to fit me in for a trim which was carried out by Hitomi and she did a lovely job, took very little off the ends like I requested, gave it some shape and made my hair look healthy again.

My experience with Toni & Guy is a very positive one. All the staff I met were very friendly and kept me topped up with lattes, which were very nice. I’m pleased I have found a great place to get my hair done and will be coming back.

Taking my hair from box red back to a natural colour was never going to be simple and I am so glad I had Laura do this for me. I now have an amazing shade to my hair that is almost my natural colour but with burnish rose copper to it. An amazing service and plenty of advise to boot.

Magdalena takes notice of customers requirements and created a good style for me.
