I was really impressed with my first haircut by Emma at Toni & Guy and have been going to her ever since for nearly 2 years ago now.
Honestly I am really happy at the end of each visit as I always get what I ask for, not like a lot of places where you'll ask for one thing and come out with something completely different! Also there have been times where I wasn't really sure what I wanted and Emma is always happy to spend some time to discuss and look through some magazines over a coffee which is great because I know they won't let me leave without looking super cool!
I always feel positive and relaxed when I visit and this is only thanks to all the great staff who are polite, helpful, you can get a long with everybody there which really gives you a good feeling and a sense of well being when you leave. Also the environment is very clean, you can tell hygiene is also very important.
Recently I have been having my hair colored and am always asked by friends, family and even strangers where I get it done and how I keep it so healthy. I always recommend this salon and am so very happy because every time I come back looking awesome!
Of course it is to be inevitable that the pricing at a Toni & Guy salon could be higher than others but keep in mind the above and the fact that the shape of your haircut will last far, far more longer than most places I've visited. Include the great service you get and also the high quality of products, I've gone to Emma after a few "D-I-Y home hair disasters" and each time I left it was like brand new!
I am very happy with this salon, will be a repeat customer and highly recommend anyone visit, at least give it a shot!!
