I am writing in anticipation of a long overdue visit to your salon. I know that everyone there will try hard and do their best under the circumstances. I have been seeing Ania for years and she listens which is a good start! She knows my hair as good as myself and what will work for me and what I can manage for my work demands. She does her utmost to reach my high standards and makes every effort to ensure I leave the salon happy. She also inches me out of my comfort zone to make me slightly more on trend! I am confident that although I have not had a haircut in months, I will not be nervous after the first wash and I have my own fix on it. Ania treats each person individually and not just another client.
