About us

TONI&GUY Guernsey have held a prominent position in St Peter Port since opening in 1998. Franchisee Charlotte Nettle and her team are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest standards of customer service and the ultimate salon experience.

As a salon we pride ourselves on providing a professional and friendly serviceand emulate the TONI&GUY ‘catwalk-to-client’ philosophy- salon stylists have worked with the TONI&GUY team at London Fashion Week in February 2011 bringing seasonal hair trends to the team and her clients. Franchisee Charlotte holds the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert Award- her experience and creativity ensures the salon colour technicians are up to date with the latest colour services and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD and Wella Care and Styleto keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Pookie did my hair for on the morning of my daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. I have shoulder length hair and I asked her to give me a wavy blow dry which she did. My hair looked really pretty all day and I felt confident and comfortable. My normal stylist was in holiday but I had had a trial run with Pookie although changed my mind on the day about how I wanted it! She was brilliant and I was thrilled with the result. Well I must say the staff is friendly, polite, helpful , listens to the customer. However its my second time for PERMANENT hair dye. I've spend 72 pounds and its not worth it. I can feel color ON MY HAND when I scratch ny scalp. Infact, few patches are still white. Last time, mistakenly they applied semi-permanent but they colored it again with a permanent color and I was satisfied. Thinking that maybe last time was the only mistake by them. But I would give "unsatisfactory" as a review this time. I hope it gets better the next time I get back to the salon.
