I really would not recommend this place. I had a keratin straightening treatment, which took a long time. There was a trainee doing it alongside the hairdresser, and while I appreciate everyone has to learn it would have been nice to be asked before she was let loose on my hair!! It did not appear that she had even seen the procedure before, as she was making mistakes such as putting too much product on, not drying it adequately and she was also very rough.
I also had a trim at the same time. Again, I was not asked which level stylist I would prefer (as it’s only a trim I’m really not fussy) so was charged £50 for a cut I’m extremely unhappy with. At the front there are just two short bits which look weird and completely out of place. As she had styled it in the salon, it was not as obvious but has become so now I’m home. She also dried and styled it in a way which was not to my liking at all. As I had just paid £130 for a straightening treatment I would have liked to have it STRAIGHT. I’ve had to since straighten it at home, which surely defeats the object of sitting in a hair dressers for four hours.
In summary, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place, and I certainly will not be going back.
