Although the hair cut turned out fine and ***** was great with my hair wash and the rapport was also great , I was really disappointed with the experience and atmosphere of the actual cut. It felt really cold and impersonal. The only time ***** spoke to me was to see what I wanted to my hair. I have never been to a hair salon where I have sat in silence for my whole hair appointment feeling awkward. I resorted to scrolling through my phone throughout half the appointment which I didn’t enjoy. Definitely won’t be returning as I don’t want an uncomfortable experience again which is disappointing as I was hoping to get my full head of colour at this salon.
