This salon from coming in to leaving I just amazing.

Everyone is so friendly, drinks are offered, music is amazing and they make you feel so special :)

Dan was amazing gave lots of helpful advice for my curly hair and so pleased with final. Price steep for a cut and blow would like to come more often but at that price £76 will have to reduce my visits which is a shame.

My experience was good overall, Connor and the girl working were great. He took on board what I wanted (a little shorter than I expected but it needed it to be fair!). I was kept a little later as the lady before me was late, so it had a knock on effect on my appointment time - I did receive a phone call prior to let me know though so that was good. I did feel like the salon could’ve done with a good clean. Prices a little expensive for a graduate, but over all an okay experience. Connor is a lovely guy.

Had my hair cut by Toby this evening. Absolutely love it. Coffee made for me on arrival, greeted by the lovely receptionist and Toby. Lovely massage and plenty of conversation. Toby took time to go over hair styles and ideas and made an absolutely brilliant job of my hair. The two most favourites stylists in Soul Hair Chester has to be Toby and Dan…. . exceptional.!!!.

Connor was very welcoming and taught me how to look after my hair. Would definitely recommend

Have been using Soul since it opened. They are a amazingly professional team who really care about the client. Cannot fault them, love going for a bit of pampering!

Connor created the exact look that I wanted, advising me along the way.
He was easy to talk too, made me feel very comfortable and we had a laugh.
He gave me styling tips that I could take home and was a perfectionist. First class service!

I was welcomed by very friendly staff as soon as I walked through the door and offered a drink when I sat down. Had a colour cut which was done by Toby and he did an amazing job to my hair. He knew exactly what I wanted and more. Would recommend this salon to anyone and highly recommend Toby as your stylist.

I just loved my latest visit to Soul Hair in Chester. It’s always a special experience, and even managed to be so during Covid restrictions. My stylist Dan is so completely on my wavelength ( no pun intended!) and as always made me feel fabulous. Jade coloured my hair and everyone has been paying compliments. James and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a lovely place! ??

James has cut my hair for over 15 years and is a brilliant stylist.

I’ve been a Soul Hair customer since 2007 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Today, Jade did a fantastic job of my colour and James, as always, gave me a beautiful cut that will last until my next appointment in 5 weeks time.

Tobie has cut my two boys’ hair since they were small and is always excellent- he is patient and calm with them, and they happily chat away to him. Great haircuts and lovely service.

James is the best hairdresser I have ever had. The cut is always perfect.

Coming to Soul Chester is my treat to myself! All the staff are so friendly and attentive. Foils done today by Jade, absolutely love the colours, the foils are done finely and are beautifully blended. Cut done by James who always listens to me and somehow manages to make my hair look twice as thick. Thank you for today, my first cut and foils since lockdown, I came in looking and feeling bedraggled and left feeling ecstatic.

I really enjoyed everything about my haircut

I was attending a wedding in Chester, however, I live on the Wirral. Decided to take a chance and have my hair styled in Chester at Soul Hair. I was a bit anxious as I had never been there before, I wanted to look my best for the wedding as, like many, I had not met most family/ friends for a while. I decided to have an updo and my stylist was Toby, absolutely brilliant, the attention to detail was unbelievable, I explained how I wanted my hair and he followed it to the letter, including putting diamanté pins in. Cant rate this any higher, would truly recommend.

Fantastic visit as always Dan is amazing and all the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend and really good value for money.

My first time at Soul Hair was pleasant and rewarding. I found Tobie to perfectly understand my hair troubles and able to make a plan to solve them. I really liked the hair colour and cut, and I can’t wait to go back again! There was a lovely young blond girl to do hair and hand massage (sorry I cannot remember her name), and she was just lovely! I greatly recommend this hairdresser.

When I needed a new hairdressers in Chester I googled 'Best hairdressers in Chester'. Luckily for me I found James and his team and now look forward to an hour of pampering once a month, a great haircut and a head massage that takes me to my happy place..
My best friend even changed his hairdressers and never looked back.

I am very fussy when it comes to hair cut. This was my first visit to the salon. Explained to Dan what style/haircut I am looking for and he did a brilliant job. Highly recommend this place for anyone who are very fussy when it comes to haircut. You will never be disappointed and the customer service is excellent!
