Very professional, excellent cut

Excellent processes and protocols today on the first day back of opening after lockdown.
Highly trained reception staff briefed us on safety measures in place, work areas were sanitised regularly, staff and customers protected with PPE.
Colour and cut of usual high standard.
Well done team!

Having spent 3 months growing out a poor style from another salon to get a fresh start. I spent considerable time discussing my new style. What I was given was the same style I went in with only shorter!! Pretty shocked having washed £47.00 and 3 months. If it were a jumper I'd take it back.

My first time at Toni & Guy. Had a cut and blow dry from Lib which is exactly what I wanted. I have Great Lengths micro bonds in which Lib handled with perfection. Many hairdressers won’t cut hair with extensions so I was so pleased to find Lib (and she’s so nice) The whole experience was great. Thank you

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Katie today. Apart from ending up with a great restyle, which I’m over the moon about, I also had a lovely time chatting to Katie. I enjoyed the whole experience, she also give me advice of my hair care and a lesson on surfer waves. A+ all the way round.

A really lovely salon in Chester. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Katie Ryder was excellent and professional and did a great job with my hair. Great advice on upkeep. Very exciting that the chairs for hair washing are massage chairs!

Excellent customer service, totally above and beyond! Total professionalism all round! Mel was absolute top notch and in tune delivering the total different hairstyle I wanted , went in long come out with a fantastic short cut that was even better than the picture I’d shown! Pricing was extremely reasonable for the service and the result!

I booked an appointment at Toni and Guy because my “go to” hairdresser in Chester had closed down. Katie was great, understood what I wanted and gave me a great cut and finish. She was also really sensitive to the fact I had a family funeral to attend later that day. I will go back again.

Not sure which Katie- sorry. But the one with amazingly long hair- beautiful! Katie got exactly what I wanted and did it to perfection. Well pleased!! Thank you x x
