Another perfect trip to the salon. Everyone welcoming and a perfect colour and cut.

10/10 across the board for these lovely lot! They manage to make sure my mum and I are well looked after and leave the salon happy every single time!

Bethany is always cheerful & helpful especially if I want to try something a bit different.

Such a lovely salon to go to and relax for an hour or two with friendly people who are also experts, Lucy is a colour magician, absolutely top in her field, and Steph seems to always know what will make hair look at its best!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Offered plentiful drinks and magazines to read.
Liz always does a good job, colour and cut are always great. Advice is offered when needed.

I had a colour with Abby which was lovely as always. I treated myself to an Oliplex treatment which was a bit expensive but left my hair in great condition. My stylist Chance had left so I had Lewis to cut my hair. It feels lI’ve a good cut. Great service as always.

Natalie was lovely and personable. I explained what I wanted to achieve and she delivered. I had a lob cut with side parting, slightly layered on the crown for volume, shaped around the sides of the face and slightly layered at the bottom, below chin level.

I have been treating myself and having my hair done here for ten years. I’m not sure where the time has gone! I quite honestly would worry about going anywhere else. I have never been unhappy or displeased with a cut or colour (I have highlights). It’s reassuringly expensive and you get what you pay for.

Nice friendly and welcoming staff. Very satisfied with my experience and would recommend to friends. Very pleased with overall result

Didn’t do what I asked the first time (said she wasn’t trained that way) went back less than 2 weeks later to try to get her to rectify it. She reshaped it and then charged me for the work she should have done days earlier. Went for a blow dry and was telling the male hairdresser about my previous disasters. He said he’s surprised I came back. I said you can’t really get a blow dry wrong. He did a good job and said he could shape my hair how I wanted it in the first haircut. I booked in for a tint and a cut with the male hairdresser. After being ignored for 40 minutes, I asked the receptionist why they were 40 minutes late. The colourist came and said she’s running very late but would mix my colour now. But then the nice man didn’t have time to cut it. I said do you know what, I’m fed up with the lack of service and am making s complaint. Toni and Guy complaints said they would look into as my feedback was “invaluable “ to them. THEN the complaints department wrote back the letter most condescending email and said it was all my own fault !

Walked in with hair like Boris Johnson and walked out with hair tamed, coloured and much easier to manage. Thanks to Emma and the team first class as always and very patient. Would highly recommend. Always a great result from the team. Thank you.

Whilst I understand the salon has to comply with the Covid guidance, I felt my appointment was rushed and I was treated in an offhand way by a stylist who gave me the impression she did not want to be there.
I won't be returning.

I am really pleased with my haircut done by Bev.. She cut my hair with precision and its just how I wanted it.Fully recommended. In fact I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done.

He is always the same. Has many clients but always remembers little details you have previously mentioned making you feel like an individual.

I was recommended this salon I have to say I’m not disappointed Emma listened as to what I wanted cut/colour she did a fab job so have returned & will keep doing so ?

Lucy has done a superb job of highlighting my hair and I am so pleased with results! She's a lovely girl and after the initial consultation I felt reassured that she had listened to me. I will definitely ask Lucy again to highlight my hair again!

Fantastic haircut as always, Steph always listens to what I want, does a great cut exactly as agreed, totally professional and always makes sure I'm totally happy with the result. The salon environment is lovely as ever and the extra covid measures make it feel really safe.
