I came in to the salon to find the stylist I had booked was running 40 minutes late. I was extremely cross and left. However the salon manager rang me back and offered me a later appointment free of charge with senior stylist Christian. He did an excellent job and restored my faith. Problems can occur but if resolved quickly and satisfactorily then you cant ask for more
