I wanted a change from my usual colour. Had great advice off Racheal and it was just what I wanted. Racheal is so easy to talk to and so helpful. Had a cut with Toni and again good advice regarding what I should have. Lovely staff.

Lovely lovely lady, highly qualified, always delivers, genuinely cares about what you want to achieve and makes it happen ,wouldnt go to anyone else.

Very disappointed with the service I received on 6th June. My colour was not done correctly. I could not see under the bright salon lighting but was still allowed to leave with the staff knowing that my hair looked awful, very unprofessional. Back in on Wednesday 7th June to try and rectify Laura’s mistake. Leon tried hard and did his best to make me look respectable. I asked to see the Manager. He didn’t bother to speak to me at any time. Also very unprofessional. I asked for a refund as I hadn’t received the service I paid for. I was told that this is not Toni & Guy policy. Again unprofessional. I was advised that Laura would be spoken to to find out what went wrong and to learn from it. Unfortunately I’m the one left looking like I have black roots coming through. So disappointed.

From the get go, I was made to feel at complete ease from everyone at the salon. Leon took the time to listen to me, and recommend what was best for my hair. Brought back the confidence in me I'd lost. The conversation was great. The hospitality was phenomenal. Leon's knowledge about hair, and even recommended a hair cut that would suit me. For a first time experience at Toni and Guy it was amazing. I'll definitely be back and be sure to recommend the salon to my peers :)

Daryl is an incredibly talented stylist. However, there's more than just talent. His team are fab too. From the moment I stepped trough the door I felt welcomed. As a mature woman I have fine hair which is very precious to me. I arrived feeling anxious and left looking fabulous and feeling like I was walking on air. I couldn't ask for more.

My father passed away and I had an appointment for a colour before the funeral. The girls could tell I was feeling down and went out of their way to be thoughtful and kind. They even trimmed my hair as it was a bit of a mess. I can’t thank the staff for being so lovely when I wasn’t feeling my best. I’ll always appreciate their kindness xxx

Always a happy experience. Daryl is an excellent stylist, I have no doubt that I am going to be in safe hands. I have very fine hair so not easy to style, he is the best hairdresser I've had. His fab skill is matched by a fab personality!

I always look forward to my hair appointments with Julia - not only does she cut my hair exactly as I like it, but I always have the chair massage switched on while my hair is washed and she gives an excellent head massage too. Thank you.

I have used Toni and Guy since they opened in Macclesfield and have always found them professional. However the new owner has created a great atmosphere amongst his staff which you can feel in the salon.

My colourist Racheal has provided me some expert advice helping me get the prefect blends of colour to match my skin tone and age - she is brilliant.

My hair stylist Toni is also extremely experienced and provides a modern and professional cut every time, she is great.

All the staff are polite, attentive and helpful I love this salon.

Was running late and Daryl and Laura were just brilliant and got me in and out with a perfect haircut and finish for an event in no time at all - this team are so friendly and fun and Daryl’s cuts are always brilliant!!! Will be back again soon and highly recommend!

I’ve been having my hair done with Toni & Guy for years now and the results never fail to please, my most recent experience being particularly the best.

Leon was a joy to chat with and has a fantastic knowledge of colours, knowing what would work with my requests. So pleased with the colour and how it’s framed my face, exactly what I wanted to achieve.

Julia is so skilled with her cutting, she also knew exactly what I wanted, helping me to understand my hair better and how to make the cut work with the colour, so impressed with the results and had lots of compliments on my cut already!

I also love the atmosphere here, made to feel comfortable right away but without the need for unnecessary chit chat, the hair is the key focus! Even when the salon is busy it never feels overwhelmed or crowded, and it’s always impeccably clean & tidy.

Daryl asked me how I wanted my hair to look and then cut it exactly how I wanted it. I was very pleased with the look. Everyone at the salon was very helpful and friendly. The salon has a lovely calm and relaxed ambiance, which I prefer to the loud music and chatter usually experienced at other hairdressers. Thank you very much Daryl.
