Hair coloured by Rachael and cut/styled by Daryl. It’s been a couple of years since I last came into the salon, so my hair was in desperate need a good cut & colour, and the guys did not disappoint. It’s evident, since the salon has been taken over, that all of the team seem less stressed and the atmosphere is lighter.. such a different experience from my previous visit with uptight, overworked technicians.
Rachael worked with me so well and listened to my needs. She’s excellent at her skill and has great customer service.. treating you as a client, taking the time needed and not rushing through to get to the next customer.
Daryl did a fantastic job with my cut and again, just as Rachael, took the time to listen and take on board what I wanted, and didn’t rush through the job. Super amenable and easy to talk to.
An overall great experience. Looking forward to my next visit.
