The team at Stockton Heath are just the best. Great consultation about change of colour/style for my next visit. Roots sorted by Liz, lovely hair wash and hot towel treatment and then the usual fab cut from Claire. Even though it's been 8 weeks since my hair was last cut the style always holds, which is testament to the quality of service given. Can't wait for my next visit!

Great salon, with great service! I always feel confident that along with the great service I get a great cut and colour and a super cup of coffee! From the receptionist on up to the owner A plus. I used to go to Barbara Daily in Liverpool and T&G Stockton Heath surpasses in every way!

This is my favourite place to visit. Everyone is welcoming and I always walk out looking and feeling amazing. Both Claire and Helen feel like family I wouldn't go anywhere else xxx

I needed a hair cut as my hair was unmanageably long. My stylist Nick understood my request and made a great job of cutting just enough off my hair. It looks great. He's a nice guy. Easy to talk to and very pleasant. Salon was extremely busy and although a bit late starting I can't complain as they booked me in earlier in the day.
Very happy.

Always friendly. Great new group of young staff. Immaculately lead by the most engaging Claire.

Helen has been cutting and colouring my hair for many years, always pleased with results that's why I go back as I had a few bad experiences at other salons. I always have a consultation and Helen know ms exactly what will make my very fine hair look it's best!
After many months of deciding whether to get extensions to thicken my hair , I finally did it. They were amazing , nobody could tell , hair was perfect match and volume is perfect. Helen is expert in application of extensions. I love my visits to the salon, everyone is friendly , lots of nice coffee and time to relax while getting amazing hair.

Another fantastic trip to see Claire and the team today. So delighted with the option of a Sunday appointment - really fits in well for me at the moment.
As usual, the minute you walk in the door you feel very welcome and are greeted with great hospitality.
I've had my hair cut by Claire for 10+ years and am incredibly proud of the salon environment and team she has created. Goes to prove you can be ambitious and nice at the same time! She's not too bad at cutting hair either!

Really happy with my cut & blow with Liz. She really listened to what I wanted & achieved a great result. She's also a lovely, friendly young woman.

Yet again the reason why I have continued to return to this salon and stylist over a number of years. The customer service, flexibility, personal engagement but most of all the consistency in the quality of the end product.
Also the support staff are very polite and take pride in their work.

I was extremely impressed with my first visit to the salon and will definitely be returning . The staff were all lovely and really hard working, the girl who washed my hair and brought my coffee never stopped ! James did a fabulous job with my hair and left me feeling so glam. Looking forward to seeing how they can improve my colour on my next visit .

This was my first time at Toni & Guy Stockton Heath, the salon was really nice and all the staff were lovely especially Katie who did an amazing job of my hair!!!

My regular 08:00 slot with Jo was taken by another client today, so the lovely Liz did my hair instead. As is typical of all of the staff in Stockton Heath T&G, she did a fabulous job and was charming and courteous. It was a pleasure - as always - to visit the salon.

I'd also like to mention that Lily is also doing a fabulous job...! Holly's boots were always going to be very hard to fill, but Lily is a great asset to the team and also deserves to be recognised x

The minute you enter you are welcomed and made to feel special, from the wonderful lattes to Kai's fantastic head massage every minute is a real pleasure.

I felt completely pampered from the start and than after a hair wash that left me completely relaxed, I was led over and seated so that the wonderfully talented Liz O"Brian could work her magic on my hair.... and she did . As birthday hair goes it was Suberb and I left the salon with exactly what I wanted . My sister, who had her hair cut and styled by James said itt was as the best cut she had ever had !!!

You have got to get your hair styled here... in my opinion no where else comes close .....

On entering the salon,Amelia on reception is helpful & welcoming. Peaches washed my hair; the head massage was terrific,almost fell asleep I was so chilled! Last but not least - thanks to Claire for another terrific hair cut.

Consistently excellent service????????????????Sooo much more than just a haircut! No matter how I'm feeling on the day (under the weather today????) I always come out feeling confident and lifted!! Superb, professional, approachable staff, who always seek to achieve personal wants and needs, with no request being too difficult!!Fab, fab,fab salon!

I have been having my hair cut by Vito ever since he first started in Bolton. I followed him to Warrington and now to Stockton Heath. It may seem bizarre to travel all the way from Bolton to there every 6 weeks but I consider it well worth it.
I receive many compliments and I trust his judgement completely.

After searching for some time now after a couple of severe let downs at other salons, I think I have finally found my hair stylist for life.
Chloe listened carefully to my worries & to what I was hoping my hair would finally look & feel like. She explained in detail what she would do to achieve what I was expecting. She talked me through each stage ensuring I was comfortable before continuing.
She was extremely caring & professional & the end result was perfect & I'm still smiling now after several compliments this weekend.
Chloe made my whole experience a relaxed & pleasurable one & for the 1st time in yrs I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Since I have been having my hair done by Amy at the Stockton Heath branch, I have never received so many positive compliments about my hair.
Amy is a true professional who guides and gives suggestions but also listens to her customer.
The staff are a credit to their manager. They provide a friendly, relaxed enjoyable setting that makes it a pleasure to have your hair done!

Having been a loyal customer here for the past six years, I always know what to look forward to. Attentive service, skilful colourists and stylists. A really attractive environment. I look forward very much to visiting the salon; a little bit of blissful "me time".

I visited the salon to be a model for trainee stylist Kai. On entering Kai came straight over he was very welcoming and friendly. He brought me a coffee and we discussed the style I wanted. He paid great attention to what I said and one of the other stylist was there to advise him but he appeared confident in what he was doing and he got the cut just right. I was really pleased with it. I went back the next day for my colour where again Kai listened to what I wanted and then along with another stylist we discussed the best way to achieve this. Kai was very professional but still chatted and made sure I was ok. I'm so pleased with the colour and style and would definitely have him style & colour my hair again.

I always leave the salon looking a whole lot better than when I arrived! Helen is a miracle worker!

The Salon is friendly welcoming and all staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have been going for years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else . My family and friends also go and they too wouldn't go anywhere else .

My stylist today was Kate, I have been a client of hers for years now, and always find it a pleasurable experience. She is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Peaches blew dry my hair, a young trainee with lots of potential I feel, very personable and again polite and professional

All my visits to Stockton Heath Toni and Guy are totally pleasurable. Vito is a joy to sit with and combines huge talent with his skills in listening to me clumsily trying to explain what result i hope ro acueve. He is patient, attentive kind and oh...did I mention he's a fantastic hairdresser!!!
Really cannot rate him highly enough. Pure class.

Had a brilliant day in the salon. My hair colour was fixed by the fabulous Helen. Nothing like sitting there sipping latte while you have a head massage on the massage chairs and come out looking 100 times better than you did when you walked in!

After having my hair very short and platinum blonde for a while now I decided to visit the Stockton Heath salon as I thought I would receive a 5 star service and a trendy and fresh look. I'm actually quite upset as my hair is blonde in the top but really yellow at the back. I've since called the salon as I'm really not one for complaint but my friends noticed it first as whilst in the shop didn't really take much notice as was looking at the top. Feeling really unconfident
