Overall a great experience however your computerised booking system is not great, it has moved my appointment time a few times over past few appointments and normally I get a text to tell me however today it had moved my appointment back 20mins without telling me and I had to wait. Staff gave me a complimentary treatment whilst o waited however I then left the salon later then expected which made me late for other things in my day.
