Brilliant experience every time. Chloe is very thorough and explains everything along the way which I find very comforting and helpful for when I do my hair myself. She always remembers what I have been up to and is very funny - I feel like I am coming to see a friend not my hairdresser!
The headmassage and reclining chairs are brilliant too I could almost fall asleep!!
