Didn’t listen to what I wanted I asked for the specific colours I wanted using the colour chart have coloured my hair since I was 16 advised not to use those colours persuaded to use a different method consequently hair not the right colour explained didn’t like it and she put more highlights in didn’t put enough in and I’m still not happy with the colour cost an extortionate amount of money for this I’m very disappointed. Wish she had just listened to me I know my hair would now have been okay

We endeavour to offer and exceed the highest possible standards of service throughout the TONI&GUY organisation and we would welcome the opportunity to regain your goodwill. Although I do understand you have lost some confidence in us, I do believe given the opportunity you will be more than satisfied with the high standard of hairdressing and customer care we always aim to provide.

Our main aim is to ensure all of our clients are happy with their hair and for this reason, if a client is not happy with their hair, we will offer to redo it free of charge. However, we hope you can appreciate this would need to be within a reasonable time scale to ensure we can assess your hair properly.

I would love to see you back at the salon with Liz, she is our L'Oreal Colour Specialist and it would all be free of charge.
