Had my hair done by Chloe and She did a great job. However, I then asked if I could have my hair trimmed and I was told this would be an additional £20. A lady called joe cut my hair and again she slightly trimmed my hair to how It was desired. When I then went to pay the costings came to £150. When questioning this I was told that it was because I had my hair done by a senior stylist. I thought this was unfair as I didn’t ask for this or know Joe was a senior stylist. This was at around 6oclock and there was no managers to discuss the issue. The girl who I was having the discussion with looked around 18 and was the only one left in the salon so I didn’t feel comfortable discussing my frustration with her as I knew there was nothing she could do. I paid the £150 but I thought it was very unfair as this was no where near what I was quoted.
