Decided I wanted to change my dark coloured hair to be a lot lighter with caramel highlights and lowlights - katie talked me through the process and costing and stages I had to go through so my hair wouldn’t be damaged by the lightening and the highlights - had a lovely relaxed time and love my new colour.
