First time I had met Lozzy but she looked after me so well. She listened to what I wanted and worked with me to find a good way to achieve the style I wanted. She discussed with me what may be needed and checked I was happy throughout. Lozzy is a lovely person and a credit to the salon. I left the salon having a 'Good Hair Day', all thanks to Lozzy!
