The hairdresser I see (Liz) is fab, she is friendly, cuts and colours my hair really well and when she has time to dry it I leave feeling great. Sadly the juniors that wash and dry your hair are not as good. There was a fab junior for a while, Ellie, but when she left the two other juniors I had pulled my hair so it hurt and pushed my head around the basin like a ball when washing it. They chat with each other when at the sink making you feel like you are an inconvenience. The last two times I have been I have come home with brown soap from the hair wash all in my ears. Today the junior was so rough drying my hair it was awful. I am too polite to make a fuss in person but was desperate to get out of the salon. Decided not to return to the salon again as it has happened too many times. It's a shame as the salon is lovely, Liz is brilliant and the experience of being there used to be great.
