I visited the salon to be a model for trainee stylist Kai. On entering Kai came straight over he was very welcoming and friendly. He brought me a coffee and we discussed the style I wanted. He paid great attention to what I said and one of the other stylist was there to advise him but he appeared confident in what he was doing and he got the cut just right. I was really pleased with it. I went back the next day for my colour where again Kai listened to what I wanted and then along with another stylist we discussed the best way to achieve this. Kai was very professional but still chatted and made sure I was ok. I'm so pleased with the colour and style and would definitely have him style & colour my hair again.
