Loved Alma she is great. Hair looked lovely. Just really disappointed to have my hair blowed by a very young junior, was lovely but not that experienced. At times my head was uncomfortably hot and did not look great at the end. Having said that Alma did rectify. I wasn’t told it would be a junior blow drying and would have been upset had I been going out.
I know and appreciate that everyone has to learn BUT I think it’s polite to double check with the client.
