Sorry but not good this time , Douglas didn't get the stylist we booked ( over booked so she couldn't do it ) and I'm afraid the cut was not very good ( very uneven at back and top and although Douglas asked for it to be a bit shorter she didn't cut it ) we are flying in the morning to Marbella for a family wedding where Douglas is a grooms man so to the least we are disappointed

As explained yesterday on the phone , we have confirmed for Douglas to return when you are home from Marbella to let us assess the hair cut and if there any problems we will offer a complimentary style and finish on his next appointment
