I rang on the off chance I could bring my appointment forward, the girl who answered the phone was lovely - friendly and helpful and said it was no problem. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles and tea, and kept up to date with how long I’d be waiting, even though it was my fault for turning up early! The staff are great. Lauren is wonderful, she’s being doing my hair for years now and always does such a brilliant job. I feel a couple of inches taller when I leave. Couldn’t be happier.
