Not sure of the stylist.
£44 for a child wash, cut and blow dry.
Didn't listen to what my daughter wanted done.
Had to ask for hair to be cut again to the length we wanted (it was a straight across cut). It still wasn't right but wasn't going to stay for a third cut.
Left disappointed.

My stylist was Tracey...not on your list. She listened to what I wanted and told me how she would do my bair

My hair had been over processed with bleach for over six years so we decided for a change in colour a few months ago to allow it to recover. This time I wanted to add a few hairline/parting highlights for minimal damage but to see the new colour properly as my hair is very dark.
As that was decided by me on the day and wasn’t booked in on my appointment it took Alex quite some time to be able to add it on to my bill due to some technical issues (not his fault!!) and I hope this can be resolved before my next visit.
Overall, a good experience and left with the colour etc that I wanted, with good advice and my hair starting to improve in condition- thank you- but a little unhappy with the delay in being able pay because of the issues out of Alex’s control.

Not happy with cut. After washing hair this morning, I saw that hair is a lot longer on right than left. Also I have been left with heavy bits on each side that haven't been thinned or blended in. Leaving it looking like I have got extra bits of hair on each side. Not sure what style it is supposed to be but it doesn't look like what I asked for..

I brought my daughter Layla in for a drop in appointment this afternoon whilst shopping; John was very accommodating and fitted us in straight away. He made the whole experience great from start to finish for her, recommending lots of products and giving some excellent advice for our hair routines moving forward. He was very friendly and warming, ensuring Layla was at ease the whole time. The finished result was amazing, we loved her sleek and silky hair and the cut. I went to the salon as a walk in to see if there was chance for a dry cut for my 6 year old daughter. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was really accommodating and lovely to my daughter. I didn’t think to ask the price when we walked in but was extremely shocked to hear it was £33 for a child’s dry cut. No complaints about the service but the cost was extremely overpriced.
