Stylist ignored my request NOT to layer my hair, just as she previously ignored my idea of what I wanted her to do. I was told that she would do what SHE thought was best for my hair. She's a nice person so I went along with it. I wish I had not done so. I wish I'd run a mile. I now resemble a butch seventies soap opera character who resides in a prison. Its horrible. And it will take years to grow out. I said that I hated it, but she didn't listen. I was not offered an apology, or a re-cut, or a refund, and I was so humiliated and upset, that I just wanted to pay and get out of there. I even gave her a tip, because I just thought "she has no idea"... She imagined that I was going to return to have my highlights done. I thought "ARe you KIDDING me?"
