I was in getting my hair bleached then coloured and cut I was very happy with the cut but not happy with the colour. My hair didn’t look any different after spending £94.80 it was still very dark. The stylist Jade was very friendly and polite so will be returning for a cut and blow dry but not too get it coloured.
We have tried calling you back and also messaging you Caroline as we said that we would like you to come back in to the salon so that we could rectify the situation but because you haven’t replied that has been made difficult, as explained, when you use box colours unfortunately it can take a bit of time to get the colour to the shade you want it especially when the colour is so dark in the first place
