The Manager Neil is professional and friendly and clearly respected by his team. Madison has always delivered! She is awesome .Cannot recommend the salon enough.

So normally I’m singing and dancing when I leave the salon. Such a wonderful lovely bunch of stylists! This time when I really needed my hair good for my trip to Europe, it didn’t turn out so well. I’m not sure what happened. My usual ash blonde hair didn’t come through and my curls were a bit rushed. Prefer them with the straighteners as they last longer. I was unsure whether a haircut was necessary yet! My hair was still very short -but starting to stick out over my ears.
I am so glad I went! I missed the whole salon experience! Neil was so lovely and really made the experience great.
By getting it cut today my hair will grow in (hopefully) in an actual pixie haircut style.

You want an honest review? I wish I had just lost the deposit and not turned up. Its such an expensive loss, from my bright red hair to be dyed dark black-red. I couldn't have been any clearer about what I wanted (bright red and bright pink). I feel as though I've been scammed. Myself and my hair dresser, who is not at fault, wrongly trusted the staff's advice. I thought with the high prices would mean high quality and high service from the more experienced members of staff. I'm utterly heartbroken and can't look at myself in the mirror without crying.

Upon arrival I was welcomed warmly and offered a coffee. The girl who welcomed me (sorry can’t remember her name) was lovely and chatty.
Katie D came downstairs to welcome me and escort me upstairs for my appointment. I always find Katie to be professional, happy and chatty. She always gives good advice and seems to have a natural aptitude for suggesting colours that suit me and my skin tone.
I trust Katie with her colour suggestions and with cutting my hair.
Katie also gives good advice and suggestions for products that are good and help me tame my curly hair.
I enjoy coming into the salon, it has a very friendly, welcoming vibe.

Taking my jacket and offering me a coffee was very nice. Katie also had a very professional attitude, giving her advice on what I could do with my hair, I was impressed and very pleased with the outcome. During the haircut we had very nice conversations.
