Charlotte was excellent, can’t recommend her enough. She did a great job on my hair (both colour and cut) and I will definitely be going back! The colour she did is the stuff of dreams, I love it!!!!!

This was seriously the best salon experience I ever had! Charlotte is a truly talented hairdresser! The haircut was even better than what I had in mind! I wear a headscarf so they were very accommodating too! It’s honestly such a friendly place and the whole experience from washing to cutting to blow drying was top notch! Would definitely visit again

First time visit to the salon for a full head of highlights. (When I made the appointment I was asked to arrange the sensitivity patch test required) My appointment was with the lovely and bubbly Brooke, She discussed and helped me choose the colours that would suit me best which I found very helpful and I am very happy with the result. I had a very positive experience visiting the salon today and can recommend it.

So today I took the plunge to get my hair professionally straightened with a relaxer. Why I didn’t do this years ago to tame my unruly curls and prevent so much he’s damage I’ll never know! Wonderful care and attention by the amazing Charlotte. I knew I was in good hands. Absolutely delighted with the results

I visited the salon for my first time today and had Charlotte do highlights and a cut. I am absolutely delighted with my hair and will be back for my next cut and colour! Thank you so much ?

From the start, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They have good social distancing measures in place. I wear headscarf so they offered me a private room. Charlotte was AMAZING!! I had a hair cut , hair treatment and blow dry. I was so relaxed during the whole time. She is skilled and she delivered an exquisite result. I recommended to all of my friends. I'll definitely be coming again.

Cheryl was very friendly and clearly very experienced. She made sure I was happy with everything before we began and continued to ask my opinion on the cut throughout the appointment. I would recommend Cheryl and the salon to anyone.

Charlotte has been cutting my hair for a few years now, she always takes her time to give me a good cut and straighten my hair.

My first haircut in a very, very long time but Cheryl put me at my ease. We discussed what I wanted and what she recommended and then went step by step. Overall a lovely time spent in the salon.

My visit to Hatstand Nelly was FANTASTIC! My hair looks amazing, I was really well cared for and can’t thank all the ladies enough.

I came in with dull hair which was going white after lockdown. Becca discussed with me what I wanted and what she felt was best for me and my hair. It looked fab and I really love the cut. She made me feel welcome.

My hair is transformed from my first appointment I’m so happy with the cut and my salon visit wasn’t as scary as I imagined considering I have not been in a salon or shop in town for a year and I’m so glad I went the atmosphere was great the service was excellent and the advice for future visits was very useful what can I say I love hat stand and nelly and I’m gutted that it’s all going to change I’m relieved that it’s at the least not closing.

It’s been 4 months since I last had my hair cut by Leigh. So nice to be back and have tidy hair again.

Had my hair cut and coloured by Megan 1st time for 5 months since lockdown number 2! I am now feeling and looking a lot brighter and bouncier. So glad to have my hair done again and can't fault Megan's attention to detail. Fingers crossed there will not be a 3rd lockdown.
