My son got his hair dyed, a little blue flash. We paid £52 for this and after first wash, the blue disappeared, it's yellow now. Girl replying said it's not their fault and was very unpleasant. After numerous messages said they would reapply if we came in convenient time for them. But no thank you, I'd rather pay somewhere else than return. Avoid at all costs!
