I can 100% trust that Annette can guide me through choosing the best treatments, styles and overall services within the salon. I have a hard time trusting anyone to treat my hair or anything really. I’m very anxious and need a lot of encouragement. Reassurance too! Not only has she successfully cut and styled my hair to best suit my wishes, she also made me feel comfortable and safe. It helps so much that we have a lot in common. She truly is a lovely person. I look forward to starting my hair transformation with her next time I’m back at the salon! Just wanted to say a huge Thankyou to Lisa, Sammy and Donna on reception for making my time at Mcintyres last night amazing. I had the best time and left feeling like a million dollars. I’m going through a bit of a tough time and I had the best time yesterday. It cheered me up. I was very well looked after by everyone. Lisa and Sammy were just outstanding. Donna was also very helpful and lovely on reception too which completed my whole experience. I’ve just moved back to the area and Lisa and Sammy managed to pull a plan together to give me the hair I had in mind and what they thought I’d suit and it worked. Can’t wait for next time.

Lucy always manages to take my ideas and turn them into reality. She listens, advises and also puts up with my never ending pictures I bring in :). Easy to talk to and always makes me leave happy and in love with my new style. Think this latest one is a keeper!

Ross is a hair superstar!! I needed a hair rescue. Chemical damage and patchy colour left me dry, frizzy and fed up. Ross spent hours gently renewing, re-colouring, moisturising and nurturing my hair back to health! Whilst explaining everything along the way. From consultation to hours of treatment I’m thrilled with every part of my hair journey. Absolutely brilliant! Cannot recommend highly enough. I’d give 6 stars and more!

it's the worst award-winning hair salon I've ever been to in my life. i showed the picture I wanted to make, she said ok, I'll do it, and then she made a balayage and toning on my hair, and she didn't put any hair colour on my hair she just put balayage and toner on my hair and she charged me £240 just these two thing and my hair it's not even near the same what I showed her I would never go there again and I would never ever recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. It was my first time in the salon and I made a last minute appointment for a birthday cut and blowdry. Lucy was so kind and knowledgeable and incredibly fun to talk to. The cut is absolutely gorgeous and she styled it so well. The appointment made my birthday so lovely! I highly recommend!
