Craig at Egg has looked afte me for many years and always made my look and feel fantastic. I’m embarking on a journey with chemotherapy and today Craig cut my hair short preparing for hair loss to come in stages. I am entirely confident and safe in his hands - his knowledge and care is second to none.

Craig is by far the best hairdresser in Scotland .
My hair is not easy to cut as it is thick and wavy.

I have been in all the well know Salons in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow and Craig is the only one who really understands my hair.

Absolutely Brilliant Hairdresser..

Yesterday we decided to go from long to short, from frumpy back to my old funky self ... the result absolute fabulous. Taken 20 years of me and I feel like my younger self again.

Still grinning from ear to ear today.

My advice is everyone should let Craig cut their hair...you will be amazed.

To much to say to sum up such amazing salon, from the minute i entered to the minute I left, i was treated and respected so much by the salon assistant jodi, what amazing fingers she’s got my shampoo was more than impressive... just made me feel so at ease and relaxed about trying a new salon, my hair was done by Donna what a job I’m in love she is so talented & creative, I will now be a regular cilent, I high recommend salon to anyone in the world.

Great all round place

My son's wedding was held in Edinburgh on 10 September 2017. I contacted Egg Salon and made an appointment. After being slightly panicked that I may not find a hairdressing salon open on a Sunday, and if I did I didn't know how my hair would turn out as the stylist wouldn't 'know' my hair. I shouldn't have worried. My appointment was with Andrew and he was amazing from start to finish. He made me feel relaxed and I had full confidence in him. My hair is fine and I had a rather heavy fascinator which he managed to fix into my hair with no problem. It stayed in place all day and through the evening. Everyone commented on how lovely my hair looked. I can highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a stylist in Edinburgh. All the staff were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Thank you very much to all the staff for helping to make the day memorable and less stressful. x

Craig just gets my colour right EVERYTIME!

Craig has been cutting and colouring my hair for the last 14 years. He always does an amazing job and I rely on him to keep my hair looking great. I couldn't imagine anyone else doing my hair as he knows my hair so well and has become a good friend. My father passed away recently and I needed my hair done at short notice to look my best for his funeral. Craig fitted me in for an appointment the same day I called and stayed late to get it done. Where else can you get such exemplary customer service.
