I was really pleased with my first experience at Medusa. Michael gave me guidance on what would be the best haircut to achieve what I want. Really pleased with the results and service.

It was my first time in the salon. Marco is amazing. I LOVE my blonde blended to perfection hair. Marco listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered to perfection. Michael cut them cut my hair beautifully and also styled it to perfection. So happy and booked my next appt then and there! I never do that! Thank you!!!! The salon is stylish and relaxed, but not in your face. Superb. Christian x

My first time visiting this salon and I was impressed by how friendly and welcoming it was. Ellie did my colour. She totally got what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Michael did my cut and blow dry, and again did a great job. I left feeling like I had great hair and had been well looked after. Also, the salon pooch Taco is very cute :-)

This is the third time I’ve seen Marco and every time he has ‘got’ exactly what I wanted and delivered better than any hairdresser previously has. My hair was initially a mess after lockdown with long dark roots and block blonde - gradually we have taken it back to a lovely blended colour that minimises regrowth and looks really natural. I feel I can totally trust Marco to just take care of it!

I have chosen to transition from decades of hair dyes to my natural grey hair without going cold turkey as I knew I couldn’t cope with the re-growth. From our first consultation appointment Marco set up a plan and managed my expectations as to what we could achieve without damaging my already fragile thin hair. Today we finally got to the desired effect and I couldn’t be more grateful for trusting in his experience.

I was in today for a cut and colour and have left feel amazing. Paul took his time and made sure both the colour and cut were perfect.

I visited Medusa today for the first time. It’s daunting changing hairdresser but given COVOID it was a good time for a change!
Paul was excellent, put me at ease and we discussed all aspects from cut, colour and texture before he started. I’d thoroughly recommend Paul and Medusa and I’m already booked in for my next visit.

So I would say she is nothing short of a colour wizard , Isla captured exactly what I wanted when even I couldn't explain it , and the salon was a lovely atmosphere/experience, will be returning in 6months ?

I’ve been here a few times now and always leave happy. This time I had my hair cut by Paul and colour done by Marco and both of them were great! I always recommend Medusa to my friends now and get so many compliments on my hair!

Wow! Delighted is an understatement. I have naturally wavy mid length hair. More often than not, no one seems to cut my layers the way I prefer which results in a lot of teasing by me while styling. Marco got it spot on. Woke up this morning with perfect hair. Best haircut I have ever had, Marco has a great personality too. Thank you Marco and looking forward to my colour in a few weeks.

Especially pleased with the excellent job done on young Caela’s haircut and relieved to see all my split ends away, our first fantastic hair do’s since lockdown!

I thought that the service I received and also the haircut itself where both of a very high standard. The covid measures in place where of a high quality making you feel very safe when in the salon.

Medusa is my favourite salon I’ve been to so far: great staff and clean and welcoming environment.

I’ve been three times so far and I haven’t been disappointed once. It is a little pricey (especially for a student) but it is worth investing in your hair. Would and have recommended this salon to friends.

Marco was excellent and gave me the best haircut I have had in Scotland. The Hanover street salon felt very COVID safe and I would definitely Recommend it to anyone!
