I have been three times to different salons.
The impression I get is overly casual, a lot of young, poorly trained staff. The salons feel low energy with poor management.
Never offered a drink. Reception staff seem inexperienced and off hand. Often the salons are empty or give the impression of few customers.
It just doesn’t seem professional at all. Feels like coming to a further education college for a cut with a trainee. Last time the person on reception was a young guy in a beanie hat swinging on his chair.
Also staff should not have masks below their nose and nothing looks very clean either.
I won’t be back.
