I went to LMQ hair & beauty for the above today. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who took me downstairs and gave me a glass of cold water while I waited for my appointment. My therapist was Claire who gave me a lovely back massage and my skin feels so smooth and silky after my facial. It was so relaxing I had a little nap during it...whoops! It was a lovely hour that went too quick. The only thing I would say is that I wasn't asked to fill out a questionnaire, I was asked to describe my skin type though and as I don't have any issues it was fine.
