I was in the salon for the hair and makeup package as reccomended by Mary. It was my first visit to the salon and really enjoyed my experience. Salon itself has a lovely busy vibe with a great playlist. Everyone was smiley and busy busy. I thoroughly enjoyed my complimentary glass of wine.
Ryse was so knowledgable and gave me lots of suggestions of what I could do with my hair since I had no inspiration myself. He explained all the products and why he was using them. He was very bubbly and friendly and I even got a fast track lesson on how to use Instagram. He went above and beyond and even offered to loan me his personal comb for the night to ensure my hair stayed perfect. My hair was gorgeous and a style I’d never had before. It stayed glossy and bouncy all day/night.
Ingrid was equally as lovely. She spoke to me as I was getting my hair done to get a feel for the style of makeup I’d like. She was very warm and chatty and managed my expectations very professionally. She made sure that I was 100% happy with the work and made me feel comfortable. My makeup was beautiful and stayed put all night. I got lots of compliments.
