Kate was so lovely and helpful during my entire visit. She talked me through everything she was doing to make sure I was happy and spent time showing me how to style my new fringe which I am so grateful for! I didn’t catch the name of the girl who greeted me and washed my hair but she was so lovely and chatty and her head massage was 10/10! To top it off, they are currently running a 50% discount for individuals working in hospitality which is such a lovely thing to do, greatly appreciated! I would not hesitate to return to Medusa as I felt so comfortable there. Thank you!
