Had a couple of horrible hair cutting experiences lately simply because the people cutting my hair didn't listen to what I asked them to do or simply couldn't do it. As in, one guy literally couldn't cut my hair "free hand". He would only use clippers. Pretty crazy. Anyhow, Kate was not this person. She made me feel as comfortable as I possibly could feel considering the horrendous experiences I previously and actually understood that "it's my hair". She not only listened but was genuinely nice. Didn't seem phoney while she was doing it either. She also shampooed my hair and that was extremely nice and relaxing as well. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Just a great overall experience from what seemed to be just a nice normal person. I left feeling not only happy with what I requsted but felt relieved and thought it was a refreshing experience.
