Soon as I got to novella I was welcomed invitingly also staff were very nice. Made to feel comfortable with everything about laser tattoo removal covered in depth. Will definitely be using this company for the removal of my tattoo.

Loraine is absolutely incredible at SPMU. Today I had my top up appointment for my brows. She made me feel completely at ease and achieved my perfect brows over two appointments, allowing me to gain confidence and go for darker, more powdered brows on the second appointment. Loraine is so knowledgeable about tattooing, including aftercare products and the science and biology of the whole process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Professional and 5* service through and through.

Loraine is knowledgable, professional and all round lovely lady. I was in for my colour boost on my semi permanent eyebrows and am thrilled with how they look. Loraine is a very highly skilled professional therapist. I have been absolutely delighted with my semi permanent makeup which has also been very reasonably priced compared with other local clinics. I would highly recommend Loraine and Novella.

Last year I had Semi permanent upper lid eyeliner. I was a little nervous as I had never had anything like that before. The whole process was very straightforward. Loraine is very talented and professional but also reassuring. I have been very pleased with the result and went back for a little extra today. Again I am delighted with the result.
