Loraine makes a painful experience bearable. Tattoo removal isn’t fun but it has been really effective and the discomfort is minamal. Really happy with the treatment and Loraine has a lovely, knowledgeable manner.

I didn’t quite know what to expect at first but I must say, throughout all my treatments, not once did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. Firstly, the consultation was filled with useful and honest information. It was extremely easy to talk to Loraine and I felt completely comfortable discussing my personal details including my medical history. I was talked through what would happen and what to expect and was exactly as said. There were a few occasions where I struggled with the pain but not once did I feel silly or like I was wasting time. Loraine chatted with me and helped me through at my own pace and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. I have never felt so at ease when practically naked with a professional before!
I am so pleased with how the treatments went and will recommend Novella and Loraine to anyone and everyone willing to listen! Even as I walked through the door for each session, I was greeted with pleasant and friendly smiles from all staff members and was made to feel right at home.
Loraine, thank you so much for your patience and helpfulness throughout my sessions. Even with the intimate treatments, it was an absolute pleasure. This treatment sounded as though it was a bit scary, but it’s very relaxing and effective my skin felt and looked soft and renewed. No redness at all. Would recommend to anyone who want to reveal a younger fresher looking skin.

Best 30 minutes of my week is spent getting the hydratone facial! So relaxing, lovely products used and can definitely see great results!

Loraine is a fantastic therapist who really knows her job well, she puts you at ease instantly! I enjoy going for my treatments at Novella everything is carried out to a high standard, I am also noticing a big change in my skin with microneedling it’s brighter, clearer and healthy looking I cannot recommend enough!

Had my nails done a few times by Naomi & great experience. Great range of colours, lovely relaxing experience during the treatment & Naomi makes you feel really at ease with her chatty friendly nature. Calgel nails last really well - I change after 3 weeks through preference but they would last much longer!

The staff at Novella are all welcoming & friendly & its a lovely modern, spotless salon. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Lorraine. She is super professional and knows how to make you feel as relaxed as possible especially as I always get the fear before this appointment as can be very sore at points. Love how get a maoam chewy after too!. Love the salon and staff! X

Faye was amazing her approach was very calming, the facial experience was more than I thought , could feel each product , could feel her targeting my eyes on my problem areas , the rollers you could feel working the muscles and the electro pulses were very faint, I almost slept, never had a treatment that was so relaxing around the eye area, she New the product very well and is a great advert for CACI saw slight improvement tomm may be different however I will try again

Excellent salon..clean and tidy. Loads of different nail colours to choose from. I'm absolutely delighted with my nails and the service I received. Will definitely be back..and not just to get my nails done..

Faye has so much skill and patience whilst creating HD brows.
Faye spends alot of time perfecting the look, and through a series of visits has managed to thicken and produce the perfect shape. I'm very happy with my eyebrows. Thankyou.

Lorraine was excellent, friendly and very professional and very welcoming.She has a natural talent of putting her clients at ease and feeling no embarrassment.

No chat which is fine but didn’t speak about after care. When I paid no bye she just went on with doing something else. The salon had no atmosphere. Ok job but think I’ll go somewhere else next time.
