I didn't know what to expect from my first Toni&Guy experience, but I couldn't have been happier thanks to trainee Lois. She was very welcoming and brought great ideas. Her attention to detail was excellent, it is clear she is passionate about what she does and she has a lot of skill already. I'm sure she is going to go far.
