It was my first time using Tony and Guy and was genuinely excited before my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment was delayed by 15 minutes and I was made to wait outside in the cold and rain. When my appointment did start I was very clear to the stylist and what I wanted done to my hair. She pushed back but I continued to be extremely clear that I wanted layers in my hair but she refused to do what I asked. I did not appreciate how the stylist kept pushing back. Also the stylist kept complaining about my hair. I'm am really disappointed. I would never recommend tony&guy to anyone.
