I came with my friend and we were really excited. It was my first experience with Toni and Guy, but I have to say I was very disappointed. ***** was a very nice girl but she didn’t cut my hair as I wanted. I wanted feathered and layered, and I got little layered but was not feathered. I only got 1 small snip at the front. No one could tell that my hair had been styled. For the price I paid I expected more from a company like yourself. And when I have told my friends that I went to Toni and guy they were shocked at the standard of cut. Me and my friend had the same experience and we were not happy.
