Professional, relaxing bliss!!! Loved it

Kerry was brilliant. Really friendly & not too much pressure. She eased my stress in minutes.
All the girls were lovely - will definitely go back. :-)

Holly was great! I had the foot treatment and nail polish. Left feeling completely relaxed!

Had a deep tissue massage and have to say it’s the best pressure I’ve had and thoroughly recommend for anyone who has deep knotted tension like me it works wonders, Holly is fantastic and very skilled, highly regarded. I’m a regular due to how great the treatments are. Many Thanks

The day was very disjointed. Had to pay £5 for robes that we didn't even wear as had to dress for lunch in the main bar so waste of time renting robes.
No one guided us on where to go had to ask continually. Not relaxing. Lunch included... 4 chicken stripes no side salad or even garnish.
Treatments were good just no flow to the day.

April always looks after me very well. She is very good at her job, and very efficient, but she also has a gentle touch. She is always thoughtful and respectful of my needs.

Had a great massage, excellent atmosphere and the staff are professional and friendly.

Relaxing massage

After recovering from a back injury I explained the areas I’d like to concentrate on to get the best results possible during my time at the spa , the deep tissue massage I received was of a high standard and I would definitely recommend to anyone that is considering getting this done !

From start 2 finish i had thee best time the people in hotel i.e Reception Bar Manager genral workers were thee most pleasent people ever which made our stay amazing with a great friendly atmosphere. The girls in the spa were also lovely and there treatments were amazing. The girl who done my facial and back neck massage was Holy but not 100perc sure i want to thank her so much. If this helps my name was liz my treatment was 11am on friday the 7th sep plz thank her again 4 me. Cant wait to book again xxx

Caterina was absolutely fantastic! She listened to me and treated me brilliantly for what I told her. Caterina was lovely and welcoming, put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I’ve had a wonderful experience because of Caterina. Thank-you so much, I feel so much better than I did when I arrived! ☺️

Cannot remember therapists name.
Very pleasant and made me feel relaxed during treatment.
Do think the Therapist needs more training/ practice regarding carrying out good quality pedicures.
As an ex therapist disappointed that I sustained cuts to my cuticle from the clippers. That the cuticles themselves not given enough attention. Nails not filed evenly and sharp edges not smoothed off. Paint applied thickly in parts.. Due to this flooded edges. Over spill not cleaned up making overall finish a little un tidy.

The facial and massage were fabulous and I loved the relaxation room. However the leisure facilities were very disappointing - only one towel allowed per person, queue for showers and steam room out of order.

Great treatment..looking forward to my next visit.....
