From my initial consultation I felt right at home. The stylist actually gave me all the time in the world to explain my nerves and what I was aiming for which included a wonderful latte. I had high hopes for my visit and I wasn't disappointed. What some of the 'world re-knowned' salons who charge a fortune are missing is a focus on great customer service. Anderson has it in everything they do without being intrusive or overly attentive. The assistant staff were the most polite I have ever met. I can only put this down to a great recruitment process as well as expert training. My cut and colour were wonderful and Kirsty was lovely not to mention the surroundings which make you feel at ease and certainly not like you are sat in the middle of a cat walk. Your station does face other clients but you cannot see them or really hear their conversation so you can get snuggled in and enjoy the experience.
