I love this salon! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I've been going now for five years and I get hair extensions which have transformed my thin, lifeless hair I feel so much more confident after a visit to this salon. Worth every penny ! Keep up the good work - your salon is an absolute treat to visit!!

I've been going to Derek at Byres + Birrell for 10yrs. You are always guaranteed a great haircut, plus excellent service from every team member. The team are great at looking after clients and there's never a feeling that they get complacent. Derek and Nicola really seem to lead by example, running a slick operation of a team at the top of their game. Highly recommended for anything from cuts and colour to hair up etc. The products are amazing and treatments excellent. No need to look anywhere else!

This salon has fitted me in for rush appointments at short notice, and made me look a million dollars when I felt less than great.

I love coming to Byers & Birrell, the team never fail to make me love my hair! The servoce is exceptional and they know all the latest trends and techniques. I love that they use luxury products like Shu Uemura and Kerastase in the salon, it's the little touches like this that make Byers & Birrel so special.

Derek and Nicola and their team are the best and can't do enough for you. Been going to Byers and Birrell for over 15 years. I live on the Isle of Lewis in the Western Isles now and come back to get my hair done when I'm down.
