Absolutely awful, it cost me £140 to get my hair died blonde. They burnt off the top layer of hair on my head and knew when they were drying it that they had done it as you can see it in the ‘after’ picture in the salon. I went back in to the salon and they refused to give me my £140 and said they would give me free hair treatments (not including Olaplex or anything that would help). However after 4 treatments the hairdresser Lisa said that she would have to start charging me for them as her manager wouldn’t give her into trouble even though she BURNT my hair off. Absolutely shocking hairdressing, customer service & overall professionalism. I would strongly advise staying well away from them.
