Booked an appointment at 16:00 on the 12/03/15 got stuck in traffic due to roadworks and also had to park some distance away so ended up 8 min late and on my arrival was told that he couldn't take me due to another appointmeant he had a 16;15 and couldn't possiably cut my hair in 5 mins (even although the other customer wasn't there and could have well been also held up in roadworks and no parking .personally I think this kind of business is shocking to turn a good paying customer away and I will never set foot in his salon again ,there is hundreds of salons in the area that am sure know hoe to treat there customers better than that .personally it's shocking
